I was hoping that the arrival of spring would encourage Londoners to cast off the blah-ness of winter and embrace some cheerful colours.... Not so. Why are people in this city so afraid to stand out? Thank God for this woman who is obviously not afraid of colour, balanced out by basic black. Even her jewellery celebrates the arrival of Spring!
